What does Holistic Resilience do?

We build resilient connectivity, protect privacy, and expose digital repression through three programs: Internet Freedom, Digital Security & Civil Society Resilience, and Advocacy & Research.

We focus on highly restricted environments—primarily Iran—and collaborate with global partners where our tools and research can protect communities at risk.

We track uptime, adoption, and real-world availability during crises (e.g., shutdown coverage), along with qualitative signals from partners and independent media.

Over 85% supports direct programs; the remainder funds essential operations, security, and compliance so our teams can deliver safely and at scale.
